GameSeen.com is a digital marketplace for video game activation keys for platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and more.
Are the keys official and legitimate?
Yes, all our keys are sourced from verified suppliers and are 100% authentic.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, but having an account lets you track orders, access purchase history, and get exclusive offers.
Do you offer support in different languages?
Currently, support is provided in English. More languages may be added in the future.
Is there a shopping cart or wishlist feature?
Yes, you can add items to your cart and wishlist to keep track of what you want to buy later.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some regional payment methods.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Not at the moment, but we are working on adding crypto support in the near future.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
All prices are displayed in EUR by default. Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency at their rate.
My payment failed but the money was taken – what now?
Contact us with your payment reference, and we’ll verify and assist you with a resolution.
How quickly will I get my key after payment?
In most cases, delivery is instant. Occasionally, it may take up to 15 minutes for security checks.
Where can I find my purchased key?
Your key will be shown on the confirmation page and sent to your email. You can also find it in your account under “My Orders.”
Do you deliver physical products?
No, we only sell digital keys delivered via email.
Can I gift a game key to someone else?
Yes, just forward the key manually or enter their email during checkout if gifting is supported.
I got the wrong product – can I exchange it?
If it was our mistake, we will fix it. If the error was on your end, refunds or exchanges are not available.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Can I cancel my order?
If the key hasn’t been delivered yet, contact us immediately. Once delivered, cancellation is not possible.
What should I do if I bought a game for the wrong platform?
Unfortunately, digital keys are non-refundable in such cases. Always double-check the platform before purchasing.
The game is not in my library after activation – what should I do?
Make sure you used the correct platform and account. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot and we’ll investigate.
I accidentally deleted the email with my key – can you resend it?
Yes, just contact us with your order number or email address and we’ll resend it.
I get a “code already used” error – what now?
Contact us immediately. We’ll check the key’s status and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I apply to become a reseller?
Visit our Become a Reseller page, fill out the form, and our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Is there an API for bulk purchases?
