Refund and Returns Policy

At GameSeen.com, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since we sell digital products, our refund policy is different from physical goods.

Digital Products – No Returns

All products sold on GameSeen.com are delivered digitally. Once a key or code is delivered, it cannot be returned, as it is considered “used” upon delivery.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You received an invalid or duplicate key.

  • The product cannot be activated due to a proven issue not caused by customer error.

  • The item was not delivered within the promised time frame.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

  • The product is not compatible with your device or region.

  • The key was activated successfully.

  • You changed your mind after receiving the key.

How to Request a Refund

Please email hello@gameseen.com with your request. Our support team will review your case and respond within 48 hours on business days.

Exchanges

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in your account being restricted. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issue.
